FAQs:

Q: Is the gear new?

A: No, the gear is not new, nor is it "mint". All of our gear is in perfect working order and in very good condition.

Q: Why are you selling the gear?

A: After we have rented each piece of gear about 20 times or so, we sell it. We don't ever want the gear in our rental inventory to look or act old, so we sell everything before that ever happens. We then use the funds (and then some) to buy brand new copies.

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: No, we do not offer a formal warranty but of course, if the gear is is not working when you receive it, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Q: What is included with the gear we buy?

A: Where appropriate, we will include a hood and tripod collar. Cameras will come with battery and charger. We will include the box in most instances.

Q: Do you inspect the gear before shipping?

A: Of course we do. We clean and test every piece of gear before we ship it whether we are sending it out for rent or sale.

Q: Will you take a picture of the gear for me?

A: As we are selling quite a lot of gear, we simply don't have the time to post images of every piece of gear we are selling.
