Transparency Mode. When Transparency Mode is on, you can easily talk to people or listen to your surroundings without taking off the AirPods. You can enable and disable this mode by just pressing the dedicated noise-control button.

Battery and Charging. You can get up to twenty hours of audio playback out of a fully charged battery. Quick-charging for just five minutes gives the AirPods Max up to an hour and a half of playback, and the included Smart Case stores the headphones and keeps them in a low-power state to conserve battery life.

Additional Features. You can pair these AirPods with an iPhone for hands-free calling, and its three mics will ensure that your voice is transmitted clearly. The On-Head Detection feature pauses your audio when you take off the AirPods and resumes playing when you put them back on.
