Add Two 12G-SDI Ports. Instead of creating an entirely new product, Atomos chose to create this Atomos AtomX SDI Module to add SDI functionality to the Atomos Ninja V 5-inch 4K HDMI Recorder and Atomos Ninja V+ 5.2” 8K HDMI Recorder. With two 12G-SDI ports, the adapter is capable of ingesting up to 4K/60p or 2K/240p video.
User-assignable Ports. The SDI ports on this adapter are user-assignable as two inputs with an option for dual-link decoding or a single input and output.
No RAW Compatibility. This adapter module is not compatible with SDI RAW from any camera nor can you record any SDI signal as ProRes RAW. Please take note of the maximum resolution that can be output from your camera’s SDI port as many max out at 1080p.

This rental is for the AtomX SDI module only. You’ll need an Atomos Ninja V 5-inch 4K HDMI Recorder running firmware version 10.1 or newer to make use of it.

This module attaches to the Ninja V at the rear battery connector with a pass through battery adapter for power.

No. SDI signals cannot be recorded as ProRes RAW with this adapter on the Ninja V.
