More Connected Miniaturized Panel. The ATEM Mini Extreme builds upon the popular ATEM Mini Pro ISO in an expanded panel with 8 HDMI inputs, 2 upgraded HDMI outputs with support for up to 16 custom views, a headphone output with dedicated audio bus, and two USB-C ports for simultaneous live streaming and recording, recording to multiple drives, or recording while tethered to a mobile device.

ISO Recording. This switcher can record the program output of the switcher along with 8 HDMI ISO inputs to compatible USB Type C drives. The media pool, graphics, and transitions are saved into a DaVinci Resolve .drp file for quick editing after the live event is over. Embedded audio is recorded to separate 24-bit 48KHz WAV files for clean remixing of audio.

Intuitive Eight Input Switching. The Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme HDMI Live Stream Switcher is a tactile solution for switching up to eight HD HDMI sources and includes an array of bus select, transition, macro, key, and downstream buttons for effects control beyond the ATEM desktop software. Like the Mini Pro before it, the Mini Extreme includes on-board recording and streaming buttons for streamlined workflows.

Advanced Keyers w/ Chyron Integration. The Mini Extreme comes equipped with professional-grade processors to drive it’s 2 dedicated DVEs, SuperSource with 4x multi-layer engine, and 4 independent ATEM Chroma Keyers, allowing you to compose complex shots with luma, linear, pattern, and chroma keying effects with title and graphic overlays. A generous media pool can store up to 20 images in PNG, TGA, BMP, GIF, JPEG, and TIFF file formats with fill and key.

Pocket Camera Control. The ATEM Mini Extreme brings camera control to your fingertips when paired with compatible Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras. Dedicated buttons for iris, gain, black levels, and focus allow you to make quick adjustments to your image directly from the switcher and even supports one-push auto focus (camera/lens dependent).
