This in turn improves audio quality by reducing the potential for buzzing and other unwanted noise in your recordings.

Three Pickup Settings. This mic offers three separate pickup settings to best meet your production needs. The shotgun mode picks up a narrow, focused band of sound in front of the camera, making it great for dialogue, single musical instruments, and other specific subjects. The 90° stereo recording mode adds some audio context to the sides, making it great for recording single subjects or small groups of people. Finally, the 120° stereo mode is ideal for recording larger groups in expansive settings, such as outdoor parties or concerts.
