What is the difference between DL and DL-S lenses?

DL lenses provide full frame sensor coverage and DL-S lenses provide smaller super 35 sensor coverage. Both work great with the super 35 sensor in the Zenmuse X7.

Does this lens work with any camera other than the Zenmuse X7 or Ronin 4D?
