The DJI RSC 2 Gimbal Stabilizer is a smaller version of the DJI RS 2 designed to work with compact mirrorless cameras up to 6.6 pounds. Key features include:
Supports up to 6.6 pounds of equipment
Designed for compact mirrorless cameras
Offset roll motor enables monitoring from camera displays
3400 mAh battery grip for up to 14 hours of use on a single charge
What’s Changed? While DJI RSC 2 looks strikingly similar to DJI Ronin-SC, there are some major design differences when you compare the gimbals. The two most notable DJI RSC 2 design upgrades are its ability to be folded at the attached battery grip, and a new 1-inch OLED screen.
Designed For Mirrorless Cameras. The DJI RSC 2 Gimbal Stabilizer is a lightweight and compact gimbal that DJI has designed for single-handed stabilization of compact mirrorless cameras. The gimbal is capable of supporting up to 6.6 pounds of equipment for a wide range of camera and lens compatibility. Please note, not all camera control cables are included with this kit.
Offset Roll Motor. A DJI offset gimbal design keeps the roll motor positioned below a camera’s integrated monitor and helps reduce weight by eliminating the necessity for external monitoring. The design also improves stabilization when swapping between upright and underslung modes.
Great Battery Life. The RSC 2 can stabilize a camera for up to 14 hours with a single charge of its attached battery grip, and charging a battery to full capacity will require approximately and and a half hour. Keep in mind that battery life will vary based on the weight and balance of the attached camera and lens. This battery grip is not removable but can be charged while in use.
Accessory Support. The Ronin-SC 2 has three USB Type C ports on the camera platform and two 8-pin near the control panel for connecting and powering compatible accessories for focus control, audio capture, and monitoring. 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 threaded sockets on the bottom of the grip provide multiple options for attaching the included tripod and other accessories. The camera platform itself uses a quick release plate to enable simplified balancing, setup and breakdown.
You’ll get up to 14 hours of battery life from one charge, and the battery will take approximately two hours to charge.
The battery grip on this gimbal is not removable but can be charged while in use.

The RSC 2 can support camera & lens combos up to 6.6 pounds, but keep in mind that just because your gear is under weight does not mean it will balance well. If you have questions about specific cameras and lenses, please contact us.
