Fast, Compact Cine Prime. The DZOFilm VESPID 125mm T2.1 is a versatile and compact cine lens that’s particularly great for run-and-gun documentary-style shooting, drone work, and gimbal shooting. Its 16-blade aperture produces round, extremely pleasing bokeh, and its 46.5mm image circle allows use on large-format cameras while maintaining minimal focus breathing.
Cinema Design. This lens’s cine-style aperture and focusing rings boast standard 0.8 mod gears so that you can easily install a follow-focus system, lens motor, or lens-control system. Its 80mm front diameters let you use almost any cine-style matte box, and its 77mm filter threads let you use filters directly on the lens without a matte box as needed. It boasts a generous 84° of iris rotation and an extended 270° smooth focus throw that gives you accurate focus pulling with almost no focus breathing.
