The Easyrig Minimax STABIL Light combines the Easyrig Minimax with the STABIL Light arm, an updated spring system designed to support smaller gimbals with handheld cameras for added stability. Key features include:
Supports 4.4 to 15.4 lbs. of gear
Redistributes camera weight and relieves strain
Updated STABIL Light spring system
The Stable STABIL Light. The Easyrig Minimax was already a go-to stabilizer vest for small-medium gimbal setups to reduce back and arm strain, and the Easyrig Minimax STABIL Light is just an updated version of that same system featuring a spring-loaded pivoting arm that’s more efficient, reliable, and comfortable for longer use. The rest of the Easyrig is the same as the previous version, able to support up to 15.4 lbs of gear and comes with an adjustable tension cable and a carrying case to protect it while in transit.
Simple Attachment. The Minimax’s spring system incorporates a conical wheel that unrolls the rope smoothly and with minimal friction. The rubber-grip, spring-backed hook clamps directly to your camera’s top handle and is held securely in place by a knob on its side. Looking for a quick release? We recommend the 16×9 Kong QR adapters.
Overload-Protection System. Exceeding the Minimax’s 15.4-lb. weight limit will trip the overload-protection system, which keeps the spring from breaking.
