This Leica D-Lux 8 bring plenty of updated features to the previous generation D-Lux 7, including a redesigned body that enhances comfortability, an updated button layout for optimal control, a 48% resolution increase, an OLED viewfinder, UHS-II SD card support, Leica FOTOS app compatibility, and 4K video capability.

17MP 4/3-Inch CMOS Sensor. The Leica D-Lux 8’s large 17MP sensor pairs up with the integrated Leica DC Vario-Summilux 10.9-34mm f/1.7-2.8 ASPH zoom lens to provide you with full-frame equivalence of 24-75mm and produce stunning images and impressive 4K video. You can choose between DNG or JPEG files with the D-Lux 8, and eve n captures both file types simultaneously.

Low-Light Performance. With the compact and powerful flash unit, the D-Lux 8 can produce high-quality shots even in low-light conditions. The flash can also be used for capturing with a second curtain sync, producing creative effects within your shots.

FOTOS App Supported. Connecting to the Leica FOTOS app enables remote control of the D-Lux 8, giving you access to optical zoom adjustment, self-timers, and much more! The Leica FOTOS app is available for iOS and Android devices.
