Great for landscape, street, and documentary shooting
Advanced optics for sharp, accurate images
Fast, quiet, and precise autofocus
High-quality, weather-resistant build
Versatile Wide-Angle Prime. On a Micro 4/3 sensor, the Olympus 17mm f/1.2 PRO gives you a 34mm focal length after crop. The lens’s extremely high resolution and bright aperture make it great for landscape, street, and documentary photography.
Fast Aperture. The ultra-fast f/1.2 aperture provides the flexibility to shoot in even the lowest of light. It also enables thin depth of field for subject/background isolation. The rounded nine-blade diaphragm helps create smooth bokeh when you’re using selective-focus techniques.
Advanced Optical Design. This lens’s complex fifteen-element/eleven-group design includes four ED elements, one ED-DSA element, one Super HR element, and one aspherical element, all of which work together to control aberrations, and to produce incredible sharpness and contrast while reducing color fringing.
MSC Autofocus System. The MSC autofocus system and internal-focusing design offer fast, quiet, and precise focusing performance that’s great for stills and video capture. You can use the MF clutch to quickly switch to manual-focus mode for more precision adjustments.
High-Quality Build. The 17mm f/1.2 PRO’s build quality matches its high-grade optics. Its dust-, splash-, and freeze-proof design keeps you shooting even in adverse conditions. There’s a programmable L-Fn button for customization, a manual focus-clutch function, and a depth-of-field scale built onto the lens itself.
