The 5600K CCT continuous light not only outputs an exceptional 2380 lux at 3.3’, it can reach 6300 lumens to allow adjustable dimming from 1% to 100%. You can also set the light to proportional mode, which automatically adjusts intensity to be proportionate to the flash power setting.

Super-Fast Precision Operation. This lamp recycles to full power in 0.01 to 0.5 seconds—almost half the time as the D2 500Ws. This heavy duty monolight brings you upgrades galore, including improved capacitors and a reinforced flash tube that gives you 2.5 hours of extra runtime, more flashes, and a longer lifespan. The Pro-D3 naturally runs on Eco mode, which prioritizes color consistency and a longer lifetime, and offers a flash speed of 1/1900 seconds to 1/7000 seconds. You can pack a bigger punch with Boost mode, which you’ll find is perfect for more demanding shooting environments with the same flash speed as Eco. For instances where you’re feeling a bit more on the creative side, Freeze mode produces motion-stopping flash durations that can capture a splash or spritz of liquid mid-air, and offers a flash speed of 1/1900 seconds to 1/75,000 seconds.

Intuitive and Functional. A large display screen above the button controls on the backside of the Pro-D3 gives you a clear view of your settings. This lamp fully supports with Profoto Air functions, such as sync, TTL, HSS, and remote control with your selected camera’s Air remote. Through its Bluetooth capabilities, you can connect to Profoto’s Camera and Control apps. Alongside the included glass diffuser plate and integrated reflector, the front mount of the Pro-D3 is compatible with a large array of 120 Profoto modifying accessories.
