Controller Functions. The Sony RM-IP500/1 Professional Remote Controller offers a compact unit & incorporates a joystick for pan, tilt, and zoom control. With the capability of controlling up to 100 separate cameras of the BRC or SRG series over IP, the controller features knobs and control buttons that allow you to bypass the camera’s menu systems to access frequently used functions.

Additional Features. Depending on the specification and firmware version, this unit can store up to 100 presets of camera angles and settings, while the built-in numeric keypad speeds up switching control between those cameras. The RM-IP500/1 includes Normal Tally, On-Air Tally, and Contact modes, and offers camera paint functions to individually adjust camera settings, including black levels, white balance, flicker cancel, detail level, and many more, all without needing to access each camera’s menu system.
