The Tilta Universal 15mm LWS Baseplate for V-RAPTOR and PYXIS enables you to attach two 15mm rods for additional accessories. Key features include:

15mm LWS Universal Baseplate. The Tilta Universal 15mm LWS Baseplate for V-RAPTOR and PYXIS enables use of rod-based accessories, like a follow focus or matte box, on your RED V-RAPTOR cinema camera rig using two 15mm rods. This unit uses a quick release connection, customized for the V-RAPTOR Camera Cage and PYXIS Camera Cage, making it insanely easy to install or remove.

Locking Toggle and Mounting. A 1/4"-20 thread and 3/8"-16 thread are included on this baseplate to allow compatibility with third-party quick release systems. The integrated locking toggle helps lock the cage in place to avoid detaching at the wrong moment, and also includes a receiver underneath the baseplate to connect to Tilta or ARRI dovetails.

Rods Not Included. You’ll need your own or to rent 15mm rods to use rail mounted accessories with this baseplate. We have a pair of 15mm 8 inch rods available here if you need to add them to your order!
