LIGHT SABER 2: The Photon Wars. Westcott has improved on their famous Ice Light; it now features a removable Li-Ion battery! Each battery lasts about an hour and takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge. The Ice Light 2 also has an LED battery life indicator. Don't expect a huge increase in brightness, though it is about a half a stop brighter than the first Ice Light. The new light now has a CRI of 96, making this light a clean, consistent, flicker-free color. You can dim the power with a new LED numerical readout of how much power you are blasting. The Ice Light 2 also has bluetooth connectivity, eventually allowing you to control the light from your smartphone! It carries the same 2x 1/4"-20 female threads on the top and bottom for easy mounting.
