LPTG Rental Rewards Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
LPTG Rental Rewards is one way in which LPTG endeavors to reward and thank loyal users for patronizing our business and using our Services.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to, and participation in, the LPTG Rental Rewards program (“LPTG Rental Rewards” or “Rental Rewards”) which is operated by Paul Friedman Photography, Inc. d/b/a LensProToGo or its subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “LPTG”) in the fifty (50) United States of America. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rental Agreement, or any other agreement you may have with LPTG for products, services or otherwise. LPTG reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate any LPTG Rental Rewards and/or these Terms or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to LPTG Rental Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to https://www.lensprotogo.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in LPTG Rental Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to LPTG Rental Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must stop participating in LPTG Rental Rewards. To cease participating in LPTG Rental Rewards, send an email to policies@lensprotogo.com with the subject line “Please remove me from the Rental Rewards program” to be removed from the program.
Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how LPTG collects, uses and discloses information about our users and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you.
You agree to comply with these Terms, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Rental Agreement, and all other policies and rules as set forth in the Terms of Service, (collectively, the “Policies”). The Policies, including any amendments which may be made from time to time, are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.
I. Eligibility
1. No purchase is necessary to create an account on our Site or become enrolled in our LPTG Rental Rewards program. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13 If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may make rentals through the Site only with the involvement of your parent or guardian. Make sure you review these Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Service with your parent or guardian so that you both understand all of your rights and responsibilities. The LPTG Rental Rewards is a continuous program; no subsequent registration is required. Your participation in the Rental Rewards program and the benefits of the program are offered at the sole discretion of LPTG. You confirm for LPTG that you are an eligible participant and understand that only eligible participants may enroll or otherwise participate in the Rental Rewards program. You agree that: (i) you will only have and maintain one account in the Rental Rewards program, and (ii) your account is nontransferable. By participating in the Rental Rewards Program, you agree to receive operational communications about the Rental Rewards program, as well as advertising and marketing material from LPTG. You agree that, in order to participate in the Rental Rewards program, it is your responsibility to keep your account information current, complete and accurate by periodically updating your account information.
2. You acknowledge that the Rental Rewards program is open to individual United States residents (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and territories) at least thirteen (13) years of age who maintain a valid LPTG account, including a valid registered email address and agree to comply with the Policies. By joining or otherwise participating in the Rental Rewards program, you represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and a United States resident and if under the age of eighteen (18) years, that your parent or guardian is aware of your participation, authorizing your and assisting you with such participation.
II. Rewards
1. LPTG Rental Rewards are earned in accordance with these Terms. The LPTG Rental Rewards function similarly to a virtual “buy seven get one free punch card”. All Eligible Transactions (defined below) are tracked virtually and automatically credited to your account. For every seven (7) Eligible Transactions on our Site, you will be eligible for a discount (in an amount as defined below) to be applied to a future eligible transaction.
2. The Rental Rewards discount is calculated based on the average fees paid by you to LPTG for your last seven (7) most recent Eligible Transactions on the Site. For purposes of this calculation the fees shall not include the costs of any tax, late fees or penalties, shipping (additional to the included shipping), coupons, or discounts . Any fees paid with LPTG gift certificates shall be considered to be fees for purposes of calculating the discount.

Rental Rewards are $246.00 to be applied to a future rental.
3. For Each completed Eligible Transaction that you make on the Site, you will receive email confirmation of your progress, that you have earned a “punch”. Upon return of the equipment and finalized of your seventh Eligible Transaction you will receive an email notification that your LPTG Rental Rewards are available. You may apply your rewards to any Eligible Transaction on the Site, in your discretion, subject to the Terms and Policies. You acknowledge that it may take up to five (5) business days or more for the Rental Rewards (“punches”) to be posted to your account following the Eligible Transaction date. LPTG Rental Rewards have no cash value. You agree and acknowledge that LPTG Rental Rewards are non-transferable, except as provided herein, and that other restrictions and exclusions may apply.
a. LPTG Rental Rewards may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupons, or offers.
b. LPTG Rental Rewards may only be applied to one rental transaction. If the amount of the LPTG Rental Rewards discount exceeds the rental fees when applied, the remaining balance of such discount is forfeited.
c. LPTG Rental Rewards cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash or gift certificates.
d. LPTG Rental Rewards can only be applied to rental transactions on https://www.lensprotogo.com using secure checkout with your LPTG registered account.
4. For purposes of these Terms Eligible Transaction(s) are defined as follows:
a. LPTG Rental Rewards are earned on all eligible rental transactions completed on https://www.lensprotogo.com/. Users must be logged in to their LPTG account. Purchases of equipment are not eligible transactions.
b. A rental transaction on the Site: (i)which is cancelled, (ii) for which the equipment rented is damaged or not returned, (iii) for which the rental fee or any other fee is challenged, disputed, or subject to a charge-back, or (iv)for any rental transaction in relation to which you violate any of the Policies, shall no longer be an Eligible Transaction for purposes of this Rental Rewards program and you acknowledge that LPTG may remove rewards, as applicable from your account.
5. All LPTG Rental Rewards expire within twelve (12) months of the issuance date. You agree and acknowledge that all LPTG Rental Rewards expire 365 days from the date you earned such LPTG Rental Rewards, with the date you “earned” being the date of your completed 7th Eligible Transaction.
6. If your account is inactive for three (3) years (no transactions or activities made for 1095 consecutive days), any accumulated punches towards LPTG Rental Rewards will be reset to zero (0). Inactive is defined as not having any rental activity associated with your account.
V. Cancellation and Termination Policy
LPTG may terminate the Rental Rewards program at any time. Upon termination of the program, user forfeits any inactivated rewards. Any behavior of user, which in LPTG’s sole opinion is fraudulent, in bad faith, or in violation of the Policies, or any other agreement between you and LPTG shall result in termination of your Rental Rewards account. In the event of any abusive or fraudulent activity related to the Program, and/or a violation of the Terms, as determined by LPTG in its sole discretion, LPTG reserves the right to make any adjustments to my Program account at any time. Any such adjustments, however, will be made in accordance with the Terms, the Policies, and any applicable laws, rules or regulations. In addition, you understand that LPTG reserves the right to change, limit, modify or terminate any LPTG Rental Rewards program and/or your account and participation in the Program for any reason or no reason at any time, with or without notice.
VI. Release of Liability or Limited Liability
You release LPTG, and any affiliate entities, and their respective officers, directors, managers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability relating to your Rental Rewards or this agreement.
LPTG PROVIDES THE LPTG RENTAL REWARDS PROGRAM(S), THESE AND OTHER MATERIALS RELATED TO THE SUCH PROGRAMS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS IN THEIR “AS IS,” “WHERE IS” CONDITION. IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING, LPTG, OR ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE LPTG RENTAL REWARDS, PARTICIPATION IN THE LPTG RENTAL REWARDS PROGRAM, OR ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, REWARD CERTIFICATES, COUPONS, OR OFFERS RELATED TO THE LPTG RENTAL REWARDS. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE LPTG RENTAL REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU HEREBY RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES AND OTHER EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES) RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE LPTG RENTAL REWARDS, USE OF REWARD CERTIFICATES OR PROGRAM OFFERS OR COUPONS OR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS. IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE NOT PERMITTED. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS DETERMINED TO BE UNENFORCEABLE OR INVALID FOR ANY REASON, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LPTG UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES FOR LIABILITIES THAT OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE BEEN LIMITED SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500).
VI. General Terms
1. LPTG Rental Rewards are not assignable, saleable, transferable, replaceable or redeemable for cash, other than as provided for in this Section VI. .You may transfer your rewards to another LPTG user, at your discretion. At any time that you have an LPTG Rental Rewards discount on your account, you can send that reward discount to another LPTG user by providing their email address to LPTG in the “My Account’ page on the Site. You may not transfer any earned “punches”, only the earned LPTG Rental Rewards discount. You may not cancel or rescind any transfer of the LPTG Rental Rewards discount. A transfer of the LPTG Rental Rewards discount is final. The user to which you transfer the reward discount to shall be bound by these Terms & Conditions with regards to use of such reward discount. All expiration dates for any transferred LPTG Rental Rewards discount are based on the date that you earned the discount, not on the date of transfer.
2. LPTG is not responsible for rewards or notices not received as a result of your failure to provide an accurate email address or update your personal information. LPTG is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entry information or communications; computer system, phone line, electronic equipment, computer hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors; failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections; or for any other technical problems. LPTG is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you, LPTG, third parties, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Rental Rewards program, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of rewards and account information. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROGRAM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, LPTG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
3. User is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, where applicable.
4. LPTG is not responsible for lost or stolen LPTG Rental Rewards.
5. If you believe your eligible rental was incorrectly applied toward earning LPTG Rental Rewards, please contact us at policies@lensprotogo.com. Requests and disputes must be received by LPTG within 90 days from the date of applicable activity on your account. Written requests should include your name, email address, address and daytime telephone number.
6. License. Subject to the Terms, LPTG hereby grants to the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (without the right to sublicense) for so long as such user has a valid registered account on the Site and adheres to these Terms, to access, participate in and use the LPTG Rental Rewards and services related thereto. You agree and acknowledge that you do not have any rights other than the rights and licenses expressly granted herein.
7. Discretion. Wherever in the Policies a matter is stated to be at the “sole discretion” of LPTG, the exercise of that discretion is not capable of being challenged in any legal or arbitral proceeding on any grounds whatsoever.
8. Corrections. LPTG is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description or errors regarding the Policies, LPTG Rental Rewards, or the equipment and Services or any offers related thereto.
9. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LPTG and LPTG's affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, costs, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from my actions hereunder, including, but not limited to, the following: (i) breach of any provision of the Policies; or (ii) unauthorized or illegal acts.
10. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
11. Non-Confidentiality. Any communication or other information sent to LPTG via electronic mail or otherwise in connection with your use of the LPTG Rental Rewards, including but not limited to suggestions, ideas and comments, will be treated as non-confidential and all such information may be used by LPTG for any purpose without compensation. Disclosure shall constitute an assignment of all right, title and interest in such information to LPTG. LPTG reserves the right to use a user's information for LPTG’s own or its vendor's marketing purposes used in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Privacy Policy.
